Community Beats, a nonprofit dedicated to strengthening community and empowering youth through music and movement, is hosting a FREE Silent Disco at the beautiful Peninsula Park with all the roses in Portland Oregon
This is an all inclusive Family Friendly event so bring a blanket, snacks, kids and the family to network with others and build community! At a time where there is so much division we want to create connection among all people through Music & Movement

Non Profit Showcase
We’re proud to partner with the Peninsula Park Community Center and local nonprofits to create a welcoming, inclusive event for all ages.
Several community organizations will be onsite with booths, sharing their missions and vision.

FACT Oregon empowers families, youth, and communities to navigate disability systems, advocating together for disability justice and policy change so that people with disabilities have what they need to thrive at home, in school, and in their communities.

Empowerteen is a Portland-area-based program founded by Dr. Paula Pilcher that provides a holistic approach to supporting the social-emotional and physical wellness of teens and tweens through classes, retreats, workshops, and events. Empowerteen also provides resources and support for parents and offers opportunities for college students to get involved as interns or volunteers.

Ethos believes that all kids deserve access to the benefits of music education. They offer sliding scale music lessons from their headquarters in North Portland and facilitate music outreach programs for students in Oregon’s underserved rural and urban areas.Several community organizations will be onsite with booths, sharing their missions and vision.
